Our Production Process

We control every step of production in-house to ensure consistent quality and lead time. From raw material incoming inspection to finished product packaging, each process follows strict operating standards and quality checkpoints.

1. Raw Material Inspection (IQC)

All incoming silicone raw materials are tested for hardness, tensile strength, elongation, food grade safety and purity. Only qualified materials enter the production warehouse. We use only premium platinum-cure food grade silicone from trusted suppliers.

2. 3D Design & Mold Tooling

Our engineering team creates precise 3D models based on customer drawings, samples or ideas. We design the mold structure, parting line and draft angle for optimal demolding and detail reproduction. CNC machining produces the master mold with micron-level precision.

3. Silicone Vulcanization & Molding

Silicone material is weighed, mixed, degassed and injected into the mold. High temperature plate vulcanizing machines cure the silicone under controlled pressure and time. This step determines the final quality, durability and detail of the finished silicone mold.

4. Trimming & Finishing

After demolding, skilled workers manually trim excess flash and burrs from each mold. We smooth edges and check the inner cavity surface to ensure no defects, seams or imperfections. Each mold is hand-finished for a clean, professional look.

5. Finished Quality Control (FQC)

Every finished mold goes through full inspection: dimension check, appearance check, hardness test, stretch test, demolding test and odor check. Defective products are rejected and reworked. Only 100% qualified products move to packaging.

6. Packaging & Shipping (OQC)

Qualified products are packaged with protective film and outer cartons. Quantity, label and packaging quality are verified before shipping. We arrange DHL, UPS, FedEx, sea freight or other logistics according to customer requirements.
